Research Use Policy

01. Scope

All products sold by 99 Purity Peptides are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and they are not for human or animal use.

02. Who May Purchase

Our products are offered to research professionals and organizations, including:

• University or academic research laboratories
• Government or non-profit research institutes
• Biotechnology and pharmaceutical R&D companies
• Contract research organizations (CROs) and testing laboratories
• Independent or private research laboratories

Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. We do not sell to anyone who intends to use our products personally.

03. Permitted Use

05. Purchaser Declaration

Before you can complete an order, you must confirm that the products are for in-vitro laboratory research only, that they are not for human or animal use and that you are 21 or older. You may also select the type of purchaser that best describes you.

We keep a record of this declaration with your order, including the date and time, the version of the wording you accepted and your IP address. By making the declaration you confirm that it is true and accurate.

06. Verification

We may ask you to confirm your identity or your affiliation with a research institution, company or laboratory at any time, before or after an order is accepted. In practice:

• At checkout you may attach a proof of affiliation, such as an institutional ID card, a letter from your department or principal investigator, or a business registration. You may black out any ID numbers.
• A document you attach is sent privately by email to our verification team and reviewed by our staff. It is not saved in our website database or in your order record.
• We keep a document only for as long as needed to complete the review and to meet our legal obligations.
• While we review, your order may be held. If we cannot confirm that an order is for research use, we may cancel it and refund it in full.

07. Right to Refuse or Cancel

We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, and suspend any account, where we believe products may be used in a way that does not comply with this policy, our Terms and Conditions or applicable law. We are never obliged to complete a sale.

08. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the safe handling, storage and disposal of our products, for using them only in suitable laboratory settings by appropriately trained people, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
